Live Sales

These policies cover our live online sales through Facebook and posts associated with live online sales. 

By giving us your email address, you are agreeing to receive limited email marketing from us.  You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in the email.

Live sale policies and procedures will be covered no less than at the beginning and ending of the live sale video.  Each item on the sale will have an item number and quantity associated with it.  Item number, quantity, and price/sale price will be announced during the sale.  To purchase any item at any time during the sale video, a user must add a comment stating "Sold" followed by the item number for each item the user intends to purchase, including multiple quantities of identical items.  By commenting with "Sold" and the item number, the user understands that they are committing to purchase a quantity of one (1) of the item associated with that item number.  In reply to the sold comment, we will privately message the user asking for their personal email address and shipping address.  Invoices will be emailed to the user's personal email address within 24 hours of purchase.  Invoice emails will contain a link back to our website for the user to complete the purchase from our secure website.  If you are expecting an invoice and can't find it, please check your spam or junk email and mark that it isn't spam.  If you still don't find it, please contact us so we can follow up and resend if needed.  Users will have 48 hours to complete payment for their invoice.  If you know you might not be available to pay the invoice within 48 hours, please contact us to make payment arrangement.  After 48 hours, any unpaid invoices will be cancelled.

If you find a mistake in your order, please do not pay the invoice.  Instead, contact us to correct the mistake and we will send a corrected invoice.  If you find a mistake, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at contact@thecalicocatquiltshop.com, by using the Contact Info page on this website, by phone at 507-562-2554 during regular business hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST on weekdays, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST on Saturdays), or by privately messaging us on Facebook.  Please do not post issues to our Facebook page.  We will return any communication as soon as possible.

In the event that more users commit to purchasing an item than the available quantity, the available quantity will be assigned by the order the user comments with "Sold" and the item number were posted.  In the event of any user disputes, management will decide all outcomes and the decision of management will be final.

If we offer a sale preview, items on the sale may be available for purchase through our website and/or at our physical location prior to the live sale, therefore any item specifically advertised as being on the live sale is subject to be sold prior to the live sale.

In the event of one or more prize drawings, drawings may be held during the sale event or at the end of the promotion period.  Winners will be notified via Facebook post on our Facebook page immediately after the drawing has been completed and will have an amount of time defined within the sale to contact us to claim their prizes by emailing us at contact@thecalicocatquiltshop.com, by using the Contact Info page on this website, by phone at 507-562-2554 during regular business hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST on weekdays, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST on Saturdays), or by messaging us on Facebook.  Promotional gift certificates issued as prizes will expire three (3) months from the date issued, have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.  No cash or credit will be issued for any balance remaining at any time.
