Returns are accepted on merchandise in original, unused condition in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and will generally be issued store credit. The following items are not returnable unless found to be defective: cut fabric, patterns, books, magazines, gift certificates, downloaded products, and sale items. This list may be modified at any time, please contact us for updates that may not appear here.
Any merchandise with a known defect or damage will have a defect/damage disclosure and will not be returnable or refundable. Damage to original packaging or wrapping in shipment does not constitute damaged merchandise for the purpose of returns. Damaged or defective merchandise may be exchanged for like product, if available, or similar product, if like product is not available. If neither like product or similar product are available, store credit will be issued in all cases.

You will be responsible for return shipping and ensuring that we receive your return (tracking and/or insurance). Return shipping is non-refundable but may be added to your refund or store credit if one is received. All decisions pertaining to returns and exchanges are at management's discretion and are final.
